Terms and Conditions of the Loyalty Card

Welcome to the Khokha Club! By using this card, you’re joining our Khokha Loyalty Program and agreeing to our terms and conditions. You are also permitting us to handle your personal information according to our privacy policy.

• This program is for individuals only, not groups.
• You can only have one account per person, and each account must be linked to a single email address.
• The loyalty card is non-transferable and cannot be shared with other people.
• Points are earned on pre-tax purchase amounts.
• You must make a minimum purchase of $5 (excluding taxes) to earn and redeem points.
• Earn 10 points for every dollar spent.
• Use 100 points to get $1.00 in store credit.
• You may begin redeeming at 500 points.
• Points cannot be used on the same purchase where they were earned.
• Points and rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The program may change or end at any time without notice.
• You must keep your Program membership active to earn and redeem points. You can opt out anytime, but doing so will result in losing any unused points. Once points are deleted, they cannot be restored. To cancel your Program membership, send an email to info@khokhaeatery.com.
• Points have no cash value and won’t expire as long as you make a purchase every three months.
• Points cannot be earned on: purchases made with reward coupons, store credit or merchandise credit, charity donations, gift card purchases, or gifts-with-purchase. All other purchases qualify for earning points.
• By participating, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data by the company, the Loyalty Program, and its affiliates, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Loyalty Program if we believe you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity or have failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• We can discontinue our Loyalty Cards at any time without liability. In such a case, we will notify you through email and also announce any changes on our website at https://www.khokhaeatery.com.
• We may update these Terms and Conditions or add new ones at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website at https://www.khokhaeatery.com.
• Continuing to use the Loyalty Program means you accept these changes.

• We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged Loyalty Cards.

How do I redeem my Rewards?

• To redeem points, you must present a valid Loyalty Card with a minimum of 500 points at the time of purchase.
• Celebrate your birthday at our restaurant – just show us your ID and enjoy a $10 treat on the house!
