Welcome to the Khokha Club! By using this card, you agree to the Khokha Loyalty Program terms and conditions and the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.

• The program is open to individuals and not groups.
• Multiple accounts are not permissible, and the Program membership is limited to one email per person.
• The loyalty card is non-transferable and cannot be shared with other people.
• Purchase dollars before tax are eligible for earning points.
• A minimum merchandise purchase of $5 (excluding taxes) is required to earn and redeem your reward points.
• One dollar spent equals 10 points earned.
• Every 100 points can be used to purchase $1.00 in store.
• You may begin redeeming at 500 points.
• Points cannot be used toward the same purchase on which they were earned.
• Earned points or rewards cannot be exchanged for their monetary value.
• The program can change or be terminated without notice. 
• Members must maintain an active Program membership to earn and redeem points. You may opt out of the program at any time. If you opt out of the Program, you will no longer earn points or be able to redeem points and you will forfeit your unused and unexpired points. The deletion of points is final and cannot be reversed. To cancel a Program membership, please send the request to info@khokhaeatery.com.
• Points have no monetary value and will not expire if you make at least one purchase every three months.
• Please note that points cannot be earned for: any purchase made using a reward coupon, store credit or merchandise credit; charity donations; purchase of a gift card; or the value of any gifts-with-purchase. All other purchases will be qualifying purchases.
• You consent to the collection and use of your personal data by the company, the Loyalty program and licensees in accordance with the Company’s Privacy policy.

• We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Loyalty Program if we believe you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity or have failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• We may discontinue our Loyalty Cards in our sole discretion, at no liability to you. If so, we will notify you by publicly posting on our website at https://www.khokhaeatery.com.
• We may change these Terms and Conditions or add new Terms and Conditions at any time in our sole discretion. If so, we will publish an updated version on our website at https://www.khokhaeatery.com.
• Your continued participation in our Loyalty Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

How do I redeem my Rewards?

• To redeem points, you must present a valid Loyalty Card with a minimum of 500 points at the time of purchase.
• Visit on your birthday, show an ID with birth date – claim a free item worth $10.
